My name is Barbara and I'm so happy you're here.
On this blog, I'd like to share some health and fitness discoveries as well as my adventure through the Whole 30 starting in January 2018. I'm taking a whole body approach to fitness (cardio, strength, flexibility, balance) and a whole foods approach to nutrition. I'm also in my mid-forties which puts me firmly in midlife territory. I bet by now you've figured out how I came up with the name of this blog!
Midlife shouldn't be a crisis....here's to making it healthy and whole.
