I'm Doing The Whole 30 in January 2018

One of my first projects for this blog in January 2018 will be to do a Whole 30.  I've tried it before but never made it past about Day 7!  This year I plan to start out better equipped!  Meal prepping ahead of time, stocking the pantry, and setting my intentions with a better attitude will hopefully see me through all the way to Day 30 this time.

First of all, I've purchased The Whole 30 Day by Day: Your Daily Guide to Success.

My goal is to go through it day by day to glean helpful tips as well as chronicle the changes I see in my health, body, and fitness level.  It looks like a thoughtfully laid out book and I can't wait to dive in and get started after the holidays.  I'll be blogging about it regularly!

In addition, I have added this new Whole 30 Fast & Easy cookbook to my Christmas wish list.  I thumbed through it at Target recently and there are so many delicious recipes in it.  Hopefully Santa or my husband will leave it under the tree this year.

There are so many positive stories coming from people that have completed one or many Whole 30 challenges.  I can't wait to be one of them!
